Eclipse: how to pass parameters do ADB when deploying apk by clicking in "Run" button

I'd like to pass "allow downgrade flag" to adb to bypass INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE error.

I didn't find anything in "Run Configurations".
